Spending Christmas at this countryside hotel was a delightful experience. the staff was very friendly, always smiling and helpful. the breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of delicious dishes, especially the croissants and hot chocolate. the location was perfect, in the middle of nature, with beautiful gardens and lovely statues to admire. the room was comfortable with great air conditioning, and we enjoyed the free-standing bathtub. We also appreciated the secure electronic key access.
The lighting in the room was a bit too dim, and the mattress was not very comfortable. the pillows were flat and not fluffy, which made sleeping less comfortable.

The location of the hotel was great for our New Year holiday. The staff was friendly and helpful. We also had access to two facilities that were really helpful during our stay. The breakfast was good and the room was neat.
The lighting in the room was very poor, it was hard to see anything. The mattress was not comfortable, so we struggled to sleep.
